The 6-color CI sleeve type flexographic printing machine was put together specifically for soft packaging printing — Material deformation at speed usually comes down to one thing: tension that isn't being managed properly. The hydraulic lift system and central unwinding and rewinding unit handle that — so the problem doesn't get a chance to develop.
At speeds up to 350 meters per minute, the BST vision inspection system runs alongside the press the whole time, catching registration errors and print defects as they happen rather than leaving them for someone to find later.
 
High-Speed CI Flexographic Printing: Top speed hits 350 m/min, and the machine holds that through continuous operation without productivity dropping off. For high-volume runs, that output ceiling makes a real difference over a full shift.
Central Impression (CI) Structure: Multi-color registration stays precise because the substrate never leaves the central drum between stations. Material distortion doesn't get a chance to build up, and image stability holds from the first print to the last.
Hydraulic Lifting System: Heavy rolls go up and into position on their own — operators don't have to be involved in the lifting at all
BST Vision Inspection System: Registration errors and defects get flagged in real time while the press is running. 
Inside (Reverse) Printing Function: With ink printed on the inside of the substrate, external wear never actually reaches it. 
Efficient Hot Air Drying System: The oven is sized to keep pace with the press rather than slow it down, and airflow adjusts to match what the job needs. 
User-Friendly HMI Operation Panel: Tension and registration are handled automatically through the touchscreen, so operators aren't making manual corrections while the press is mid-run.
