Product Introduction
The 4 colours CI flexo printing machine is developed for flexible packaging converters who need steady production, easy control and clean multi-colour printing. It combines servo web feeding, EPC correction, closed-loop tension control, chamber doctor blades and hot-air drying in one production line. The machine can process BOPP, PET, PE, NY and shrink film with water-based or solvent-based inks. 

Main Features

1. Servo traction and closed loop tension control guaranty smooth substrate travel from unwinding to rewinding, minimizing web fluctuation during production. 
2. Automatic Web Alignment The ultrasonic EPC system corrects lateral web movement automatically and includes manual, automatic and centre-return modes. 

3. Controlled Ink Transfer Reliable Ink Transfer Ceramic anilox rollers and enclosed chamber doctor blades and double-cycle ink pumps guaranty controlled ink transfer even for long print runs. 

4. Fast Plate Positioning On-line longitudinal and transverse positioning allows operators to fine-tune registration directly from the machine during setup and production. 

Controlled Hot-Air Drying
Inter-colour drying units use circulating hot air and PID temperature regulation to support stable drying across different printing jobs. 

6. During Operation Print Monitoring The built-in inspection system allows the operator to follow the print quality during the machine operation and to react fast to printing changes. 

7. Flexibility of Substrate The machine can print on BOPP, PET, PE, NY and shrink film of 15–150 μm thickness and can be used with water based and solvent based inks.
