CHCI-E Series CI Flexo Printing Machine for Plastic Film

The CHCI-E Series CI Flexo Printing Machine is ideal for printing high quality images on flexible packaging films such as BOPP, PET, PE, NY and shrink film with material thickness of approx. 15–150 μm. 
The machine is equipped with central impression printing structure, servo-driven web transport, automatic tension control, EPC web guiding, video inspection, inter-color drying and cooling systems for stable material handling and consistent print quality under continuous production. 

1.Strong CI printing structure

The central impression system fbeirmly supports the printing substrate during multi-color printing, which helps to maintain stable printing conditions for thin flexible films.
2. High-Speed Printing
Max. mechanical speed: 350 m/min- Actual production speed depends on the substrate, printing repeat, ink, solvent and required printing quality.
3. Precise Color Registration
The machine provides longitudinal and transverse register accuracy of approximately ±0.1 mm. Online vertical and horizontal adjustment allows fast plate registration, while the registration accuracy is designed to remain stable during speed changes. 
4. Servo Drive Web Transport 
Servo drive technology in the unwinding and traction sections guaranties a stable and reactive web transport, thus minimizing variations during the printing process. 
5. Automatic Tension Control Light

Q1: What substrate materials this CI flexo printer can print on?
It can print on flexible packaging materials such as PE, BOPP, PET, NY, shrink film and other thin films of similar nature. Recommended material thickness is approx. 15–150 μm. 

Q2. What is the printing speed?
The maximum mechanical speed is 350 m/min, while the normal printing speed is approximately 200–300 m/min. Actual speed depends on the material, printing repeat, ink, solvent and print quality requirements. 

Q3: What is the registration accuracy?
The accuracy of the registration is about +/-0.1mm longitudinal and transverse. 

Q4: Is the machine equipped with an automatic tension control?
Yes. The web transport system has floating rollers with automatic tension compensation and closed loop tension control. It can also hold tension when machine is stopped. 

Q5: Does the machine have an automatic web guiding system?
Yes. An ultrasonic EPC system is used for automatic web guiding. It supports manual control, automatic correction and automatic center return. 

Q6: What is the drying system? 
The machine is equipped with electrical heating and circulating hot air. During high-speed production the ink is dried by inter-color dryers and final drying oven. The drying temperature control accuracy is about ±2°C. 

Q7: Is the machine equipped with a print inspection system? 
Yes. The production line is equipped with online video inspection system, which controls the printed image during the operation process.
