4-Color Stack Type Flexo Printing Machine
This is a 4-color stack type flexographic press built for roll-to-roll paper printing. Top speed is 120 m/min, with registration accuracy around ±0.15mm — good enough for multicolor graphics, logos, and text on paper packaging.
Stack Configuration:The four print units are arranged vertically in a stack, which keeps the footprint small. Access for plate changes and routine maintenance is decent given the compact layout.
Print Speed:Rated up to 120 m/min for continuous roll-fed paper. That said, real-world speed depends a lot on the paper you're running, how much ink coverage the job needs, ink characteristics, and how much drying time you need to build in — so not every job will run at max speed.
Unwind/Rewind:Unwinding is pneumatic, which cuts down on manual roll handling during changeovers. Rewinding is friction-type, winding the printed material back into rolls ready for the next process.
Doctor Blade System:Uses an enclosed chamber doctor blade for ink metering. Being enclosed also helps keep ink splash and fumes down compared to open systems.
Anilox Rollers:Ceramic anilox rollers — wear-resistant, and they lay down a consistent, controlled ink film so color coverage stays even from run to run.
Drying System:Centralized electric drying with PID temperature control, so the set drying temperature holds steady and drying performance stays consistent across the run.
