Specification

The CH-W is a 4-color pile type flexographic printing machine for roll-to-roll printing on PP woven fabric for the production of bags. The machine is equipped with automatic relax stress control, ultrasonic web leading, ceramic anilox rollers and inter-color electrical drying, which ensure constant material feeding and uniform ink transfer. Pneumatically driven roll loading and surface area rewinding help in practical roll handling. The machine can use both water-based and solvent-based inks, depending on the substrate and manufacturing requirements.

Automatic Tension Control & Web Guiding
The unwind tension is automatically controlled with a digital display for consistent web feeding. An ultrasonic EPC system corrects lateral web deviation during operation.

Ceramic Anilox Rollers
Six ceramic anilox rollers provide controlled, even ink transfer. Anilox line counts can be specified according to the printing application.

Doctor Blade Inking System
Each printing unit is equipped with a single doctor blade and ink pump for ink metering and supply.

Belt Drive and Adjustable Register

The printing system uses a belt drive for manual register adjustment and mechanical print pressure adjustment. Specified registration precision is ±0.25 mm in both crosswise and lengthwise directions.

Inter-Color Electric Drying
Electric dryers between colors and a drying section after printing help dry the ink before subsequent printing and rewinding.

Large Roll Capacity
The unwinding and rewinding units accommodate rolls up to 1500 mm in diameter. Pneumatic loading and unloading at the unwind unit make roll handling easier.

Surface Rewinding and Web Break Detection

 A surface rewinding roll rolls up the printed material and a web break sensor at the unwind unit stops the machine if there is a break.

Q: Does the machine print finished bags? 

A: This configuration prints continuous rolls of woven fabric and then rewinds the printed material. It is prepared for printing ahead of the next bag making processes. 

Q: What is the printing speed? 

A: Nominal speed is 60-- 80 m/min, maximum mechanical speed is 120 m/min. Actual speed will depend on material, repeat runs, ink system, drying needs and print quality desired. 

Q: What inks and plates are compatible? 
A: The device works with both water-based and solvent-based inks. Recommended photopolymer plate thickness is 1.7mm. Please check other specifications when you place an order. 

Q: Is color registration performed automatically? 

A: The alignment of colors is set manually. Automatic unwind tension control together with ultrasonic web guiding helps keep the material feed stable during printing. 

Q: What optional configurations can be selected? 

A: Choices include chamber doctor-blade systems with ink pumps, a video-inspection setup, and double-sided corona treatment. Each of these options is priced separately according to the chosen configuration. 

Q: Which power source is needed? 

A: The required supply is 380 V, 50 Hz, three-phase. Verify any alternative electrical specifications before placing the order.
