The Economic Paper CI Flexo Printing Machine CHCI-J Series is an economical central impression (CI) flexographic printing machine designed for printing on paper and paper cup stock.

1. 4 Colour CI Flexo Printing

The machine is built in a central impression cylinder construction with 4 printing units.

2. Accurate Motorised Colour Registation

The machine is equipped with PLC controlled motorised longitudinal and transverse registration. The online positioning and quick registration of plates help to increase the efficiency of registration, with an accuracy of ± 0.15 mm in both directions.

3. Doctor Blade Ink System (Chamber)

Each print unit is equipped with a chamber doctor blade system, an ink pump and ceramic anilox rollers for controlled, even transfer of the ink. The machine is equipped with 6 sets of chamber doctor blades and double cycle ink pumps.

4. PLC Control & Video Inspection

The main control system is based on PLC technology. The integrated video inspection system allows the operators to monitor the printing process in production.

5. Good Heating and Drying System

The drying system is electrically heated and hot air circulation used. Temperature Control The smart PID technology temperature control keeps the temperature ±2°C accuracy. Independent air inlet and exhaust fans improve airflow and drying efficiency.

6. Automatic Tension Control & EPC

Shaftless unwinder with light floating roller for automatic tension compensation and closed loop tension control. The ultrasonic EPC edge position control system has an automatic web guiding and center return functions.

7. Rewinding Independent of Paper

The machine is equipped with a separate rewinding unit with the maximum rewinding diameter of Φ1500 mm. The system is based on surface rewinding, a 3" air shaft and low friction cylinder tension control, with a drum friction rewinding system for paper applications.
