Flexo Printing Machine For Plastic Film CH-B Series 6 Colors
The CH-B Series 6 colors flexo printing machine is suitable for roll to roll printing for plastic film, such as PE, BOPP, CPP, PET and nylon. The stack type design is equipped with ultrasonic web guiding, automatic tension control, ceramic anilox rollers and inter-color hot air drying for flexible packaging production.
The machine is suitable for water-based and solvent-based inks and provides printing speeds of 60-100 m/min depending on the substrate, ink system, print design and quality requirements. Optional equipment: double unwinding and rewinding units, chamber doctor blades, video-inspection, corona treatment.
 
1. Stack Type Six Colors Printing
This 6 colors flexo printing machine has six printing stations for multicolor packaging graphics, text and logos. Compact, stack-type construction for ease of access for operation and maintenance.
2. Compatibility with Various Plastic Films
The machine can handle roll fed LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, BOPP, CPP, PET and nylon films and is used in a wide variety of flexible packaging applications.
3. Web Guider by Ultrasonics
In the unwinding section an ultrasonic edge position control system is used to correct the lateral movement of the web and maintain the material in a consistent position during printing.
4. Automatic Tension Control
Automatic tension control in the unwinding and rewinding section contributes to stable web transport. The digital unwinding tension display allows the operators to easily observe the operating conditions.
5. Ceramic Anilox Rollers
6 ceramic anilox rollers and open doctor blade system with ink pumps for controlled ink application Anilox line counts can be specified based on print requirements.
6. Final Drying & Inter-Colour
The continuous multicolor printing is provided with electric heating, inter-colour dryers and a drying oven. Production conditions can be matched by blowers with adjustable air dampers to the airflow.

CH-B Series 6 colors flexo printing machine can be equipped with optional double unwinding and rewinding units, chamber doctor blades, corona treatment, video inspection, an anilox roller cleaning machine, a plate mounting machine and PLC control panel. Optional equipment is quoted on application.
