Specification

The flexo printing press for wide-web CI is intended for high quality printing on flexible film materials. Running at speeds up to 500 m/min, it delivers stable web handling, precise registration, and reliable continuous production even on long runs.

The press works with both water-based and solvent-based inks, and holds registration accuracy to within ±0.05 mm — tight enough for flexible film applications where consistent print quality and production stability really matter.

Full Servo Drive System
All key printing and web-handling motions are servo-driven, which gives the machine precise motion control, stable running, and accurate registration — no mechanical shafts or gearboxes to introduce backlash.

CI Flexo Printing Layout
Print units sit around a central impression cylinder. This central-drum arrangement is what makes CI presses so good at holding web tension steady and keeping print quality consistent from station to station, even at higher speeds.

Centralized Hot-Air Drying
 The drying is totally closed and the temperature is constantly controlled. The airflow is of variable frequency. A secondary return-air system captures heat that would otherwise be wasted, maintaining low energy use. Max hot air temp 120 °C.

Web Guiding and Tension Control
Ultrasonic EPC guiding keeps the film tracking straight, and tension is managed closed-loop, so there's less drift and fewer alignment headaches during long runs.

Automation Built In
Pre-registration, saved production settings, auto pressure adjustment, auto clutch control, break detection with auto-stop, and tension hold when the machine stops — all standard, all meant to cut down on setup time and scrap.

Dual-Station Rewinding (Surface/Friction Type)
Two rewind stations, both servo-driven, with automatic tension compensation and taper tension control built in. Rolls come off tight and even, station after station.
