The non woven bag flexo printing machine is a 4 color CI flexographic printing machine for stable and efficient printing of non-woven rolls. It adopts a central impression structure which gives better support for the printing material and better registration of colors. It adopts automatic tension control and EPC web guiding to ensure smooth feeding of the web. The machine can print at a maximum speed of 200 m/min, with a registration accuracy of ±0.1 mm, ceramic anilox rollers, doctor blade ink transfer and hot-air drying system for efficient drying. 

1. Central Impression Printing Structure

The non woven bag flexo printing machine is designed with central impression system, the printing material is held by the central cylinder, which leads to better registration of colors and more stable printing, especially on extensible non-woven materials. 

2. Stable Automatic Tension Control

Automatic tension control is applied for both unwinding and rewinding sections for stable web feeding. 

3. Printing Speed Up To 200 m/min

Machine speed can be up to 250 m/min and printing speed can be up to 200 m/min according to printing material and production condition. 

4. Accurate 4-Color Registration

4-color CI flexo printing system can realize the stable multi-color non-woven printing, with the registration accuracy of ±0.1 mm in the longitudinal and transverse directions.

5. Ceramic Anilox Roller & Doctor Blade System

Four ceramic anilox rollers of 250-800 LPI, enclosed chamber and open doctor blade systems are provided for stable and even ink transfer. 

6. Efficient Hot-Air Drying System
Each printing color is equipped with electrical heat drying. Double fans circulation system improves the drying performance and realizes the continuity production.
