The Paper Gearless Flexo Printing Machine is a high-performance CI flexographic printing solution designed for roll to roll paper printing applications. Full servo gearless drive system, central impression cylinder and advanced automatic control technology are equipped in the machine to ensure stable web travelling, accurate colour registration and consistent printing quality in high speed production. Different roll paper materials can be set up on the machine to meet customer needs for paper printing applications. It is suitable for high quality roll-to-roll paper prints with stable registration, automatic tension control and efficient production.

Q2: What kind of paper materials can this machine print?

This machine can be customised to print on a variety of roll-fed paper materials including kraft paper, coated paper, packaging paper, food wrapping paper and other paper-based packaging substrates. 

Q3: What is the difference between a gearless flexo printing machine and a conventional flexo press?
A gearless flexo printing machine uses servo motor control instead of relying mainly on mechanical transmission gears.
This allows more flexible register adjustment, production parameter control and automatic pressure adjustment. The machine described in the original configuration uses a gearless servo motor drive. 
Q4: Does the machine use a CI printing structure?
Yes. A CI, or Central Impression, set up has the printing stations arranged around a central impression drum. This arrangement gives stable substrate support in multi-color printing.
