This is our 8-color CI (Central Impression) flexo printing machine, built for high-precision multi-color printing on PP, PE, BOPP and similar plastic films — commonly used across food packaging and household chemical packaging lines. Printing width goes up to 1200mm, the machine runs at up to 350m/min mechanically, and register accuracy holds at ±0.1mm, so print quality stays sharp and consistent job after job. The drive system, tension control, and electrical parts are all sourced from established international brands, paired with a PLC control system and servo closed-loop drive. 
 

8 printing stations in one pass — no need to run the film through twice for complex patterns, gradients, or fine text. Fewer passes also means fewer chances for color drift.

Central impression drum keeps registration tight. You're looking at ±0.1mm in both directions, so patterns line up cleanly print after print, roll after roll.

Runs up to 350m/min mechanically, 300m/min for actual printing — speed adjusts on the fly depending on what material or job you're running.

PLC-based control with a proper touchscreen interface. Settings are easy to adjust, and operators pick it up fast without a steep learning curve.

Built with quality imported parts where it counts — ceramic anilox roller, pneumatic components, main bearings all come from established international suppliers, which is a big part of why the machine holds up over years of continuous use.

Auto web guiding plus closed-loop tension control. The floating roller compensates automatically during rewind, so you don't get wrinkling or the roll drifting off-center.

Stops itself if the film breaks and holds tension while it does, so the roll doesn't go loose or shift out of line — saves you from a pile of scrap.

Works with water-based or solvent inks, and handles PP, PE, BOPP — basically whatever film your job calls for.
