8 Colors Gearless CI Flexo Printing Machine is high speed, high quality printing machine for flexible packaging. It is used for BOPP, PET, PE, NY, shrink film, aluminum foil, etc. 

With maximum printing speed up to 450 m/min and full servo gearless drive system. 
The central impression structure firmly support substrate in multi-color printing, while independent servo drives, automatic pressure adjustment and pre-registration help improve printing consistency and reduce setup time. 

1. Full Servo Gearless Drive System Each printing unit is driven by an independent servo system with gearless electronic shaft design, which helps to reduce the mechanical transmission error and ensure the stable operation at high speeds. 

2. High-Speed 8 Color Printing The machine has 8 printing decks, the mechanical speed is up to 500 m/min, and printing speed is up to 450 m/min depending on the production conditions. 

3. High-Precision Registration The machine is equipped with servo-driven register adjustment and automatic control, the specified registration accuracy is ±0.05 mm, which helps to keep the stable quality of multi-color printing. 

4. Automatic Print Pressure Control The print pressure can be automatically adjusted according to the production speed. The position memory and fine adjustment functions help to reduce the setup time and improve the repeatability between jobs. 

5. Chamber Doctor Blade Ink Supply System:The enclosed chamber doctor blade system provides controlled ink supply, helps maintain ink viscosity and reduces solvent evaporation. Pneumatic diaphragm pumps are used for ink circulation. 

6. Efficient Drying and Cooling Central hot air drying system: with intelligent temperature control, adjustable air volume and secondary return air. The maximum hot air temperature specified is 80°C under stated conditions. 

7. Pre-Registration and Production Recipe Memory Pre-registration: printing plate phase control and production menu memory enable operators to save previous job setting, so changeover efficiency and production consistency are improved.

1. What substrates does this CI flexo printer print?
The machine is designed for flexible packaging substrates including BOPP, PET, PE, NY, shrink film and aluminum foil, as well as thin films with similar properties. The specified substrate thickness range is approximately 15–150 μm. 

2.What is the maximum speed of print?
The maximum mechanical speed is 500 m/min, while the maximum specified printing speed is 450 m/min. Actual production speed depends on substrate, printing repeat, ink, solvent, required print quality and other operating conditions. 
3. What colors does this machine print?
This model is suitable for high quality 8 color flexible packaging printing with 8 printing decks.

4. What kind of drive system does the machine adopt?
The machine uses a gearless full-servo drive system. The printing units are driven through an electronic shaft system, with independent servo control for key printing functions.
