Specification

The Flexographic Printing Machine uses a stack-type structure and is built for printing on flexible packaging materials — PE, BOPP, CPP, PET, nylon, paper, you name it. Automatic tension control keeps the web running smoothly, and the ultrasonic web guiding system takes care of alignment issues that usually cause headaches on long runs. Each color station has its own drying unit, so colors don't bleed into each other, and the ceramic anilox rollers help keep print quality consistent from the first meter to the last.

It runs both water-based and solvent-based inks, so it works across plastic bags, flexible film, paper packaging, and pretty much any roll-to-roll printing job.

Web tension control automatically

 Unwind to rewind tension is automatically controlled to maintain a constant web feed and reduce fluctuation in the print run. There's also a digital tension display on the unwind section, so operators can monitor and adjust on the fly instead of guessing.

Ultrasonic EPC Web Guiding System

The ultrasonic guiding system keeps the substrate tracking correctly through the whole line and noticeably improves feeding accuracy — this matters a lot when you're running thin films that tend to wander or wrinkle if guiding isn't precise.

Stable Stack-Type Printing Unit

Large gear transmission drives the printing unit, which helps nail down color-to-color registration. The structure itself is compact and standardized, so when it's time for maintenance or swapping out components, technicians aren't fighting the machine to get the job done.

Ceramic Anilox Roller

Ceramic anilox rollers handle ink transfer here, giving stable, consistent ink metering run after run. The machine is set up to work with photosensitive resin/photopolymer plates.

Independent Drying Between Colors

Every color station gets its own intermediate drying, so one color is fully set before the next goes on. The drying setup uses double-sided air blowing plus air circulation, which speeds things up noticeably during long, continuous production runs.

Water-Based & Solvent-Based Ink Compatible

Works with either water-based or solvent-based ink — operators can pick whichever system fits the substrate and the job's requirements, no need to switch machines.

Q1. What can this flexo printing machine print?
The machine is suitable for LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, BOPP, CPP, PET, Nylon and paper. Different material thickness ranges are available depending on the substrate. 

Q2: What is the highest printing speed?
The maximum mechanical speed is 120 m/min, while the maximum printing speed is 100 m/min. Actual operating speed depends on the material, printing repeat, ink system and required printing quality. 
Q3: Can the machine use water-based ink?
Yes. The machine can use both water-based ink and solvent-based ink. 
Q4: Does each printing color have a drying system?
Yes. The machine is designed with drying between each color, together with the main drying unit. 

Q5: Is the machine suitable for thin plastic film?

Yes it can. With the substrate range we quoted it can run films down to 10 micron for BOPP, PET and HDPE. Actual performance is still dependent on the material and your production set up though so worth checking against your exact specs.

Q6: Is it possible to modify the configuration?

Yes, there's a lot of flexibility here. The quotation includes optional add-ons like a chamber doctor blade, double unwind/rewind, corona treatment, video inspection, and a CI drying system.
