4 Color Shaftless Unwinding Paper Flexo Printing Machine

The Changhong paper flexographic printing machine is a four color stack flexo press, which is designed for roll to roll printing on paper from 30 to 350 gsm, including paper cup stock.

The machine prints using water-based or solvent-based inks at a speed of 60–100 m/min depending on the substrate, artwork, ink and drying conditions.

Four-Color Stack Printing: Four print stations support multicolor graphics, logos and text for paper packaging applications.

Automatic Tension Control: Steady paper feeding as the roll diameter changes with closed loop tension control with automatic compensation.

Ultrasound Web Guidance: The ultrasonic edge control system detects lateral movement of the web and corrects it to keep the paper in position during printing.

Ceramic Anilox Rollers: Four laser-engraved ceramic anilox rollers deliver consistent ink transfer for controlled coverage. Line counts are specified to match the printing job.

Color Registration Adjustment: The machine allows the operator to manually adjust lateral and longitudinal registration to fine-tune the color registration during the operation of the machine.

Intercolor Drying: Electric drying modules between print stations dry the ink before the next color is applied for clean multi-colour results.

Stable Drive & Frame: The timing belt drive and rigid cast iron frame reduce vibration and ensure steady operation at the printing stations.
