Specification

The CH-B-Z paper stack flexo printing machine is designed for four-color roll-to-roll printing on paper. It supports paper packaging production at printing speeds of up to 100 m/min.

This stack type flexographic printing machine combines pneumatic roll loading, automatic tension control, ultrasonic web guiding and ceramic anilox rollers. While compatibility with water-based and solvent-based inks provides flexibility for different printing requirements.

Six-Color Stack Configuration: Six printing decks support multicolor paper printing, with manual color registration adjustment to align the printed image across colors.

Automatic Tension Control: Automatic tension controllers at the unwinding and rewinding stages help maintain stable paper transport throughout the printing process.

Ultrasonic Web Guiding: The ultrasonic web guide system automatically corrects lateral web movement to help keep the paper aligned as it enters the printing section.

Ceramic Anilox Rollers: Ceramic anilox rollers work with a single doctor blade and ink pump to provide controlled ink transfer. Anilox line counts can be specified according to printing requirements.

Inter-Color and Final Drying: Electric heating between colors and a final drying unit support ink drying during production, with blowers and dampers for airflow management.

Controlled Surface Rewinding: Surface friction rewinding with closed-loop tension control helps maintain consistent winding tension.
