6 Colors CI Flexo Printing Machine
The 6 Colors CI Flexo Printing Machine is designed for high-quality flexographic printing on flexible packaging materials such as PE, BOPP, PET, PVC, NY film and paper. With a central impression printing structure, the machine provides stable web handling and consistent printing pressure during continuous production.
 
Six-Color Central Impression Printing Structure
Six printing units are arranged around the central impression cylinder. The CI structure keeps the substrate close to support in the printing position, and provides stable printing pressure and uniform web transport for multi-color printing applications.
Automatic Closed-Loop Tension Control 
The unwinding and rewinding sections are equipped with floating roller tension control with automatic tension compensation and closed-loop control.

Electric Registration Adjustment

Enclosed Doctor Blade Ink System
The enclosed doctor blade ink supply system enables controlled ink transfer to the anilox roller, and is suitable for continuous flexographic printing production.
Centralized Hot-Air Drying System
The centralized drying section adopts hot-air drying with continuous temperature control.Variable-frequency airflow adjustment allows the operator to set fan speed according to production requirements.
