What is a gearless flexo press?
A gearless flexo printing machine uses servo motors and an electronic shaft control system instead of conventional mechanical gear transmission between printing units. The CHCI-F Series uses a full servo system with independently driven printing units for controlled and stable production. 
What materials can this gearless flexo printing machine print?
The machine is suitable for PE, BOPP, PET, NY, shrink film, aluminum foil and other thin flexible materials with similar characteristics. The specified material thickness range is 15–150μm. 
What is the maximum printing speed?
The maximum printing speed is 450m/min, while the maximum mechanical speed is 500m/min. Actual printing speed depends on the substrate, printing repeat, ink system and printing quality requirements. 

What is the registration precision?
The specified registration precision of the machine is ±0.05mm. 
How does the machine control web tension?
The machine uses servo drive, an ultra-light dancer roller, automatic tension compensation and closed-loop tension control. It also provides tension maintenance during machine stops to reduce web slack and deviation. 
Does the machine have automatic printing pressure control?
Yes. Printing pressure is servo controlled and can be automatically adjusted according to printing speed. Pressure parameters can also be stored for repeat production. 
Can the machine use water-based ink?
