Specification

Changhong Flexo 6-Color CI Flexographic Printing Machine Built by Changhong Flexographic Expert for thin paper substrates like paper cups, paper bags, labels, and packaging paper. Gear-driven for tight registration (±15μm) even at speeds up to 250 m/min. Runs both water-based and solvent-based inks, so you can switch depending on the job — water-based is the usual pick for food-contact packaging.

As a ci flexo press, it holds registration well across all six colors, which counts for a lot when printing fine detail on paper cups and other thin, sometimes curved materials.

 

CI Drum System High Precision

The central impression drum of Φ1200mm is driven by servo motor, and equipped with integrated constant-temperature water cooling, to prevent substrate deformation and ensure precise registration accuracy (±0.15mm).

Heavy-Duty & Vibration-Free Construction

Machine frame: heavy duty 100mm thick cast iron to ensure total rigidity and stable vibration free operation even at high production speeds.

Auto-Reset & Automated Hydraulic Control

Features automatic hydraulic print cylinder lift. When stopped, the pressure is automatically released but the gears stay engaged, so there is no loss of colour registration or pressure settings when you start up again.

Intelligent Heating & Energy Saving Drying

Features electric circulating airflow heating and PID temperature control (±2°C precision), independent air.

Runs fast, stays stable 

Top speed 250 m/min, though effective printing speed is normally 50-200 m/min depending on the job.

A: Both water-based and solvent-based. Depends what your process needs, we can run either.

A: Top speed's 250 m/min but in real production you're usually looking at 50-200 m/min, just depends on the material, cylinder repeat, ink you're running, and how tight the quality needs to be. Registration comes in at +/-15um.

Q: Can you change the voltage?
