4 Color Full Servo Gearless Flexographic Printer for flexible packaging materials printing with high quality.It adopts full servo drive system and gearless electronic shaft transmission . It ensures the precise synchronization, stable registration and smooth material handling during high speed production.

This gearless flexographic printer is suitable for PE, BOPP, PET, NY, shrink film and other flexible substrates with similar printing characteristics.

1. Gearless drive, full servo

Each printing unit is independently driven by servo motors and controlled by an electronic shaft system. The conventional mechanical gear transmission between printing units is eliminated.

2. Precise Registration

Longitudinal registration is servo controlled, transverse registration is electrically adjusted.

The system also has a plate phase memory and a production recipe memory allowing the operator to quickly recall previous job settings.

3. Automatic Printing Pressure Control

Printing pressure between the plate cylinder and central impression cylinder, as well as between the anilox roller and plate cylinder, is servo controlled.

4. Central Impression Printing Structure

The four printing units are arranged around a large central impression cylinder.

The substrate remains supported by the central drum during printing,

This structure is particularly suitable for flexible packaging film printing.

5. Two station unwind and rewind

The machine is equipped with double station unwinding and rewinding system to support continuous production.

The rewinding section is equipped with servo drive, automatic tension compensation and adjustable taper tension control.

This arrangement reduces the downtime for roll changes.

6. Recipe memory for manufacturing

The machine is able to store production parameters of different print jobs.

Fast recall of stored settings improves repeatability and reduces job changeover times for repeat orders.
